• Raise your voice (members): subject, message content, and related ticket information linked to your member account.
• Contact & general enquiries: information you voluntarily provide when reaching out to us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar technologies used for security and basic site functionality.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Register, verify, and manage member accounts and issue member ID cards where applicable.
• Process donations, generate receipts, and send donation confirmations by email.
• Respond to enquiries, feedback, and “Raise your voice” submissions.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and community programs.
• Comply with applicable laws, including record-keeping for charitable activities and tax-related requirements where PAN is provided.

Online donations are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Card and banking details are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy and security practices. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain transaction references and donation records needed for receipts and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

• With service providers who help us operate the website (hosting, email, payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
