Rohit Jangid – From Struggle to Success
Rohit Jangid, born on 5 August 1993 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is an international-level Wushu player who rose from a simple middle-class family to bring pride to the nation. His father, Rajesh Jangid, is associated with the furniture business, while his mother, Sunita Jangid, is a homemaker. His younger brother, Rahul Jangid, is also a junior national-level medalist in Wushu.
Rohit’s life has been full of struggles—at one point, he weighed only 35 kg and was considered weak by others. However, after developing an interest in Wushu during the 9th grade, he transformed himself through hard work, discipline, and self-confidence.
Sports Journey
Rohit began his Wushu training at the age of 16–17 under the guidance of coach Rajesh Tailor and practiced continuously for around 8 years. His first competition was at the state level in Bhopal.

Other Achievements
Rohit gained popularity on social media through his fitness videos. He also started his acting career with a Punjabi music video titled “Allah Bachay,” where he played a villain role.
